Linda Lovatt started as an illustrator drawing well known cartoons that were turned into molds for ornaments. She soon found her love for assemblage and nature. She started by using objects from her garden and her house like broken china and keys to create little creatures she calls beasties. She exhibits and sells these pieces. she also does custom made pieces that are personal to the customer she also runs workshops where people can learn about her work and create their own besties. I like her work I find it interesting and natural. It has a lovely natural theme and with using found objects every piece is unique.
